Bett’s Corner comprises two main towers with 17 luxury residential apartments in a range of configurations above a basement with 22 carparks. A large complex high-end architectural project in the heart of Nelson’s CBD.

A challenging central site on the corner of two busy roads, the project involved 55,000 man hours, 3500 cubic metres of excavation, 70 tons of reinforcing and 850 cubic metres of concrete floors and beams.
